Job Details

We need a very strong architect it would be 100% remote role.

Position: ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Duration: 6-12 Months

Client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Architect to architect, develop and implement the HRSD module within the ServiceNow Platform. This position focuses on HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their in-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform by working hand-in-hand with our customers to ensure that the solution implemented meets best in class technical and practical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions

Design, development & implementation, Customization and Maintenance of HRSD Modules such as HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, Catalog Item, Security Configurations, Assignment Rules, country-based notifications etc.

Developing custom applications, workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, and UI Builder interfaces within ServiceNow.

Provide solution guidance and facilitate discovery, design, and implementation sessions.

Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring optimal performance.

Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and configuration guides.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to event ingestion and alert generation.

Provide knowledge transfer and training to client internal teams.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect

Deep knowledge of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

ServiceNow Human Resources Certified Implementation Specialist

ITIL 4 Foundations

Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript)

Experience with REST/SOAP, Glide API integrations and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with CMDB configuration and data management.

Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization practices.

External Client consulting experience highly preferred

Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred

Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
