We are seeking a seasoned Testing Lead to join our team for a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating and executing testing scenarios for Oracle Cloud implementations, preferably in healthcare or higher education environments. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction, and proven project management expertise. The position offers remote work flexibility with alignment to Pacific Time Zone (PST) working hours.

- 5+ years of experience in testing leadership roles for Oracle Cloud implementations
- Proven track record of developing comprehensive test strategies and scenarios for ERP systems
- Strong background in healthcare and/or higher education sector implementations
- Excellence in stakeholder management and business owner communications
- Demonstrated project management and team leadership capabilities
- Experience with test management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work remotely and align with PST business hours
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience managing and mentoring testing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Testing
