This role involves identifying and integrating new technologies and methodologies, developing strong relationships with clients, and regularly reviewing and assessing processes, tools, and services. Key duties include: Innovation & Technology Integration: Identify and integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Process Improvement: Regularly review and assess processes, tools, and services to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Project Management: Lead and manage innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth execution of innovation-related tasks and projects. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of innovation initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience: o 5+ years of experience in innovation and client experience. o 5+ years of experience in customer service and client-facing roles. Skills: o Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical issues to non-technical audiences. o Proficiency with innovation tools and technologies. o Strong communication skills. o Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality. |
