Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized logistics solutions to meet client needs. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring smooth coordination across transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
  • Understand client logistics needs and propose tailored transportation and supply chain solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Prepare pricing proposals, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, or supply chain sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Familiarity with logistics software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
