Job Overview:
ACI Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack React/Node.js Developer to join our team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS cloud tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS cloud tools.
• Work with stakeholders to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers to deliver projects that meet client needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience with React UI or other UI frameworks (e.g., Angular).
• Expertise in Node.js and building server-side applications.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Tools (e.g., AWS Lambda, EC2, S3).
• Ability to understand and work with complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• A quick learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and an eagerness to grow professionally.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Passion for solving complex software challenges and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Node.js and AWS Lambda.
• Familiarity with Single Page Application (SPA) concepts and libraries.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Cloudbees, React Testing Library, and Jest.
• Experience with relational databases and DynamoDB.
