Job Details

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (3 days/week onsite)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java programming, RESTful services, and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CI/CD integration, scripting, and backend validation through databases and messaging systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks, tools, and reporting systems.

  • Write, execute, and maintain automated test cases (unit, regression, functional, and performance).

  • Collaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Ensure high-quality software delivery through robust automation practices.

  • Analyze test results and work closely with teams to resolve defects efficiently.


Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Java, Multithreading, RESTful Services, and SOA.

  • Scripting knowledge in Shell and/or Python.

  • Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and Messaging Queues.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
