Position Description
Seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Solutions Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and refining Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to optimize customer service processes.
This role requires expertise in Service Cloud capabilities, hands-on configuration, and a strong understanding of business process engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure and refine Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Optimize customer service workflows through process engineering and automation.
- Provide technical guidance on Service Cloud features and best practices.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and configuration.
- Expertise in business process analysis and engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
