Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter (Contract-Hybrid)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of technical roles, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.

You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science, and more.

Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Build and execute creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social platforms, and niche tech communities.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offer negotiation.

Conduct technical phone screens to assess candidate skillsets and cultural fit.

Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and conversion rates. Collaborate with HR and operations to enhance onboarding and overall candidate experience. Promote employer brand through outreach campaigns, networking events, and online presence. Core Competencies Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering roles, and modern tech stacks.

Search & Sourcing: Expert in crafting advanced Boolean strings and sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.

ATS Proficiency: Skilled in using systems like Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or Workday.

Resume & Portfolio Evaluation: Ability to assess technical resumes, GitHub contributions, and online portfolios. Screening for Technical Fit: Knowledge of tools, languages, and frameworks; skilled in conducting insightful phone screens.

Collaboration: Effective communication with hiring managers to align on job requirements and candidate feedback. Tools & Platforms Sourcing & Outreach: LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ Technical Assessments: HackerRank, Codility, CodeSignal Communication: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday Soft Skills & Strategic Focus Employer Branding: Crafting compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates.

Candidate Experience: Building trust through transparency and timely communication.

Diversity Recruiting: Implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and mitigating bias.

Data-Driven Decisions: Leveraging analytics to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes. Negotiation & Closing: Navigating complex compensation structures and managing counteroffers. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting (agency or in-house). Deep understanding of technical roles and terminology.

Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.

Experience conducting technical screens and evaluating candidate portfolios.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high-quality standards.
