The job description is as follows:

Job Title: AWS Cloud Support Engineer

Locations: Westerville, OH / Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Description:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot AWS cloud issues
  • Manage and monitor EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch
  • Assist with deployments, configurations, and system optimization
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams for escalations
  • Perform Linux/Windows server administration and basic networking
  • Automate tasks using scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell)
  • AWS certification preferred (Associate/Professional level)
