Senior Change Manager - Ariba Implementation

Remote, with occasional travel to Lake Mary (Orlando), FL

Start Date: ASAP, likely the week after July 4th

6-month contract with extension: Go-Live scheduled for January 2025 + Additional Projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and high user adoption rates for Ariba solutions, including Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration, Invoice Management and Commerce Automation, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP).
• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, the implementation partner, and all stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration, addressing concerns and providing updates regularly.
• Apply best practices and lessons learned from previous Ariba projects to anticipate and mitigate challenges.
• Work closely with the executive steering committee, keeping them informed and involved in critical project decisions.
• Track and report on change management activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with the system implementation (SI) partner, maintaining an independent perspective to ensure that the partner delivers on their commitments and upholds project standards.
• Bonus Contribution - Design and deliver training programs to ensure that all users are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize the new Ariba system effectively

Qualifications

• Experience in change management for Ariba implementations is required. Familiarity with the technical aspects of Ariba is beneficial but not essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Willingness to travel to Lake Mary (Orlando) for key project milestones and important meetings as needed.
