Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Delivery Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Delivery Project Manager to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects, particularly in data center environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT/OT systems, expertise in segregation strategies, and a strong background in cybersecurity. This role demands a proactive leader capable of managing complex technical projects while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or chemical manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver major data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, driving project success.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business leaders and technical experts.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data center solutions, including hardware, networking, and system architecture.
- Ensure robust IT/OT segregation strategies are implemented to meet business and security requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
- Drive the implementation of cybersecurity best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate security risks, particularly in IT/OT convergence scenarios.
- Collaborate with security teams to design and enforce segmentation and access control strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, OT, operations, and vendors, to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Develop and implement risk management plans to address potential challenges in data center delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations regarding cybersecurity and infrastructure standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and infrastructure scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT/OT and cybersecurity to inform project strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, TOGAF) preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, including successful delivery of major data center projects.
- Expertise in IT/OT systems, with a strong understanding of integration and segregation strategies.
- Proven track record in implementing cybersecurity frameworks and strategies within enterprise environments.
- Background in working at pharmaceutical, life sciences, or chemical manufacturing companies is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, storage solutions, and data center technologies.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection, and SIEM).
- Familiarity with operational technology (OT) systems and protocols (e.g., SCADA, ICS).
