Position Title: Business Systems Analyst (Senior)

Location: National Capital Region - Patriots Plaza 2, Washington Metropolitan Area

Remote Work: Not authorized without prior government approval

Clearance Level: Top Secret

Education Level: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science

Number of Positions: 1

This position is for a proposal. Current or previous experience working with the FBI is required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Leading collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development
  • User story writing to support development and deployment
  • Facilitating the gathering of business focused requirements to support product teams and product owners
  • Defining backlogs and ensuring user perspectives are considered
  • Focus on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption through agile methodology
  • Identifying core business needs and decomposing/documenting in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories
  • Documenting business rules and constructing workflow diagrams
  • Providing consultation on complex projects considering business implications of technology
  • Analyzing and interpreting documents and solving problems with intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
