Experience:

Job Summary:
The Full Stack Data/AI Engineer (FDE) plays a vital role in driving customer success with the company's product-supporting the journey from initial sale through long-term implementation. This position blends deep technical expertise with strong customer collaboration skills to design and deliver impactful, scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Embedding: Partner directly with client teams-occasionally on-site-to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and operational challenges.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Utilize company platforms, AI models, and software to build tailored, end-to-end solutions addressing issues such as legacy system integration and workflow optimization.

  • Product Contribution: Share field-driven insights and feedback with internal product and engineering teams. Contribute to the evolution of the core product by helping generalize custom-built solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Vertex AI, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), and AI/ML Ops

  • Proven experience in creating AI agents (primary skill for this role)

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Full Stack Development using .NET or Java
