Position Overview
We re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Quality Manager to lead our quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee the quality department, enforce quality systems, manage document control, and guide team development. The role also plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement, corrective action implementation, and supporting organization-wide quality initiatives that align with industry standards and customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve and optimize quality and reliability methods.
- Partner with process engineers on change control and design updates.
- Support prototype builds, including data collection and reporting efforts.
- Promote a positive team environment and encourage engagement.
- Maintain efficient recordkeeping and quality documentation systems.
- Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Build and refine systems for data gathering, storage, and analysis.
- Perform problem identification and resolution for production and quality issues.
- Monitor and verify compliance with product specifications and process controls.
- Provide on-site support to customers or suppliers when needed.
- Maintain clear documentation of quality assurance activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality policies, contractual obligations, and external compliance frameworks such as ISO and IATF.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- 8+ years of progressive quality assurance experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, production methodologies, and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, problem-solving, and data reporting tools.
- Skilled in manufacturing systems, quality audits, and supplier communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and manage resources effectively.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical software platforms.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong presentation skills and internal customer engagement capabilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results under pressure.
