Title: Junior Procurement Specialist (Technology Focus)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Procurement Specialist to manage our technology procurement and vendor management lifecycle. This role is critical for supporting the procurement of Dev, Infra, Cloud, and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a foundational understanding of technology, capable of managing renewals, supporting negotiations, and ensuring smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor & Contract Management: Track and manage all technology-related contract renewals, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.

  • Negotiation Support: Work directly with vendors to support negotiations on pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) for new contracts and renewals.

  • Procurement Workflow: Have a solid understanding and efficiently execute the end-to-end procurement workflow, from requisition and purchase orders to delivery and payment.

  • Financial Accountability: Maintain and reconcile accruals (accounting) to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting for technology expenses.

  • Vendor Relationships: Drive the preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors to assess performance, ensure value, and strategize for the future.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders (IT, Finance) and vendors, ensuring clear and strong communication throughout the procurement process.
