Our client is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development of a new supply chain-focused digital product across the U.S. and Mexico, primarily supporting private label B2C battery sales. This role will focus on enhancing existing systems (Salesforce, Palantir, ERP) to enable the buying, selling, and swapping of spent battery cores, which are returned by businesses and sent to recycling facilities currently at a high transportation cost. This person will oversee improvements to an existing MS Access-based system (now partially transitioned to SQL Server) to manage and forecast global 5-year material requirements based on strategic P&L inputs, address current system gaps, particularly the inability to manage core transactions (buying, selling, swapping) and work closely with technical teams to transition core functionality into a more scalable and maintainable architecture.
Once foundational system changes are in place, the Product Manager will drive the creation of a user-friendly digital marketplace where partners can exchange cores efficiently. Experience in supply chain technology, reverse logistics, and digital product leadership is essential
