Job Summary:
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that changes to the environment meet established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance. This role plays a key part in collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective test strategies and execution plans, ensuring solutions meet business needs and function as intended. The position is central to maintaining quality across projects and enhancing the organization s testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end users to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, end-to-end test plans, and test coverage plans.
Conduct test plan and strategy reviews, providing feedback and corrective actions.
Ensure solutions are tested for functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility.
Monitor test progress, coverage, and defect resolution, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
Identify test data needs and facilitate data acquisition.
Participate in root cause analysis of production incidents and recommend process improvements.
Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practice standards.
Provide customer support and training when required.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Required: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Master s degree in Information Technology or a business-related field.
Experience: 5 7 years in QA roles, including leadership or significant contribution to large, team-oriented projects.
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose software issues.
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
Hands-on experience leading a variety of testing efforts.
Special Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Beyond Compare.
Preferred experience with additional Azure DevOps tools.

Extremely detail-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.
Advanced analytical and technical skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision.
Strong SQL skills and ability to use data tools for information gathering.

Work Environment:
