Senior Mobile Quality Engineering Manager

Location: Westlake, TX; Austin, TX or Lone Tree, CO
Job Type: Regular, Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing mobile development team focused on delivering an excellent mobile experience. This role provides strategic direction to software quality engineers and applies modern engineering principles to optimize organizational effectiveness.

You'll work with talented technologists and subject matter experts who bring energy, focus, and fresh ideas to support our mission of seeing the world "Through Clients' Eyes."

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage software quality engineering teams.
  • Oversee large, complex IT projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Provide guidance to multiple Agile teams.
  • Define and implement mobile automation test strategies.
  • Ensure quality of native iOS and Android applications.
  • Integrate mobile tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software development management or QA team leadership.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale IT projects.
  • 3+ years overseeing multiple Agile teams.
  • Experience with Java or similar modern programming languages.
  • Proven testing experience with native iOS and Android apps.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile-specific testing (e.g., device compatibility, performance, deep linking).
  • Experience with mobile test automation tools (Appium, Expresso, XCUITest, Detox).
  • Familiarity with mobile build/deployment pipelines and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Bitrise).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
