PURPOSE:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager position to steer the roadmap for Clients membership content management system, both the new platform and the retirement roadmap of the legacy CMS. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, from writing user stories to managing up to our stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for documenting user stories, managing the creation of new data content models, and develop a retirement timeline for the legacy CMS.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design a customer-centric, data-driven product roadmap.
Develop, prioritize and execute an evolving product roadmap.
Identify and research data-driven insights; making sound data-driven feature-functionality decisions.
Conduct competitive analyses; research and recommend new offerings to maintain a competitive advantage in an evolving market.
Work collaboratively across design and engineering within the team to prioritize efforts aligned to the roadmap.
Regularly communicate product status to Digital leadership and highlight quantifiable business impacts.
Seek out and engage diverse perspectives, and collaborate to solve problems.
Write agile user epics and stories that break down complex, technical concepts into tactical steps to build digital products iteratively.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), both functional and technical knowledge.
Understand AEM backend architecture.
Understand how AEM integrates with other applications.
Stakeholder management experience
Strong communication skills - ability to communicate directly with application users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Problem solving and analytical thinking ability.
Experience working within and leading cross-functional agile teams
Skilled user story writing and feature documentation
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree
