Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive a complex Finance Transformation initiative leveraging Oracle ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep finance process knowledge, and extensive experience managing enterprise-level ERP programs from inception to delivery. This role requires the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders, oversee multiple workstreams, and ensure delivery against strategic objectives while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle for Finance Transformation initiatives leveraging Oracle ERP.
  • Define and manage program scope, governance, timelines, budget, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to align program goals with business strategy.
  • Oversee multiple project managers and workstream leads to ensure consistent execution across deliverables.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party delivery teams.
  • Develop and deliver status updates, executive reports, and dashboards for leadership.
  • Drive adoption and change management efforts to ensure smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics post-implementation to measure value realization.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management for large-scale enterprise system implementations.
  • Proven track record in Finance Transformation initiatives and Oracle ERP (Cloud or E-Business Suite) deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, and Reporting.
  • Expertise in program governance, budgeting, and risk management for multimillion-dollar programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Strong vendor management experience in large ERP implementations.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-entity, global ERP rollouts.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements such as SOX.
  • Exposure to adjacent systems (e.g., EPM, HCM) integrated with Oracle ERP.
  • Background in Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, or SaaS industries.

Role Details
