Project Manager II Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience to support project delivery within our GSG Corp Tech Finance portfolio. This role is expected to lead a train of scrum teams, facilitate PI Planning, and manage dependencies and risks across platform initiatives. This is not a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role but requires strong program-level ownership and the ability to work across technical and business teams.

• Conduct and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and manage a Train with multiple scrum teams.

• Track and report on PI metrics, run Scrum of Scrums (SoS), and provide clear status updates.

• Identify and resolve cross-platform dependencies, risks, and blockers.

• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk) to align on scope and delivery milestones.

• Maintain and execute project plans, roadmaps, and risk registers for all initiatives within the train.

• Deliver timely executive-level reporting and support regulatory/compliance-driven delivery needs.

• Proven experience conducting PI Planning and managing ARTs (Agile Release Trains).

• Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks and enterprise delivery practices.

• Experience in executing and maintaining technical project plans, roadmaps, and RAID logs.

• Ability to work across multiple platforms and partner with Engineering and Product teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Finance, regulatory, or compliance domain knowledge is a strong plus.
