Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as 5G and LTE/VoLTE technology.
- Experience in design & optimization of 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks.
- Understanding of 5G and LTE network KPIs and key parameters.
- Experience with Model Tuning.
- Knowledge of Python scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VB macro creation and worksheet manipulation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 7+ Years of experience in the related field.
- Ability to analyze broken trends
- Ability to audit 4G and 5G networks and implement corrections
- Ability to analyze and optimize a cluster of sites
Desired skills:
- Event monitoring and reporting
- Site monitoring to identify and address degraded KPIs
- Drive data analysis
