Job Title: Digital Designer
Job Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Onsite Requirement: Hybrid must be onsite approximately 6 times per month


Job Description:
This is a long-term, indefinite opportunity for a Digital Designer/Email Developer. Open to candidates with less than 2 3 years of experience if they show a strong design portfolio and a willingness to learn.

The Digital Designer will create promotional site assets and user experiences. This position will collaborate closely with digital design leadership, as well as teams across eCommerce, Social Media, Integrated Marketing, CRM, and Loyalty. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities including consistency, typography, layout, and a meticulous eye for detail. Strong communication skills, the ability to stay organized, and a proactive attitude are essential.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling digital creative assets with a strong online portfolio to showcase work

  • Apply an elevated sense of aesthetics with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

  • Demonstrate advanced skills in typography, layout, and hierarchy

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences across multiple platforms

  • Create immersive and engaging guest-facing experiences

  • Maintain high standards while meeting tight deadlines

  • Work well independently and within a loosely structured team environment

  • Collaborate across multiple business units to ensure creative cohesion across campaign assets

  • Integrate the brand's visual identity and voice into all work

  • Balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration with both creative and business teams

  • Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities


Job Requirements:

  • 2 3 years of experience in digital visual design, preferably in marketing or advertising

  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch)

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience with After Effects or Amplience is a plus

  • Experience in an eCommerce or retail environment is preferred but not required
