Job Details



Vice President to lead our Information Technology Department. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with strategic vision and the ability to lead high-performing teams.




Key Responsibilities




  • Provide overall leadership for the IT Department, including budgeting, staffing, performance management, planning, and reporting.




  • Direct all major IT initiatives including hardware/software implementations, system upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.




  • Foster effective relationships with internal departments, executive leadership, and third-party vendors.




  • Develop and execute long-range technology strategies aligned with goals and the evolving needs of our members.




  • Participate actively in initiatives and leadership committees.




  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, NCUA requirements, and all Credit Union IT policies and standards.




  • Perform additional duties as required in support of organizational goals.






Qualifications & Requirements




  • Experience: 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in IT leadership or related roles.




  • Education:




    • Bachelor's degree or




    • Recognized industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) considered equivalent.






  • Leadership & Communication Skills:




    • Strong ability to influence and lead across departments.




    • Skilled in conflict resolution, high-level communication, and presentation.




    • Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and motivating teams.
