Job Description
Currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician that will be onsite support all aspect of IT for our client. Candidates must have 3-5+ years of Desktop Support / Deployment experience. Ideally this person will hit the ground running, will be one of the sole IT support team members onsite. Travel to NYC once a month is required for additional support
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for deployments and setups for end users
- Phone, email, remote support for end users across the organization
- Work space moves and set ups - Hardware, printers set up, applications, etc.
- In-Person support for various hardware and software issues
- Utilize VMware and Citrix for connecting to virtual desktops
- Active Directory support and Network support
- Technologies: InTune, Autopilot, Windows 11, Lenovo desktops, Office 365 for email, proprietary apps, chrome, peripherals, CISCO Phone System
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Executive Support Experience
- Mac Support Experience (Some Mac devices within the environment)
- High aptitude and drive to learn (This will be value non-technical skills over technical)
- Great customer service on multiple platforms (In-person, phone, email, etc.)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
