737 Sustaining ALIT Engineering Integration Senior Manager

The Boeing Company is seeking a 737 Sustaining ALIT Engineering Integration Senior Manager (Level L) to join the team in Renton, WA.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will have engineering program management skills and experience with BCA Airplane Programs, BCA Engineering Processes, and our Boeing Production System Change Processes. The candidate will have the ability to lead and influence other organizations (programs, functions) and ability to take ambiguous and complex topics and clearly communicate intent, plan and drive outcomes. Using their influence across the program and through our senior integration network.
This role is critical to the coordination of engineering resources to execute senior leadership direction across 737 Engineering. The Engineering Integration organization includes Engineering Operations, Systems Engineering, and the Airplane Integration Office (AIO). The role also includes responsibility for the overall engineering first pass quality efforts across the Integration Product Teams (IPTs).

- Develop and execute on people strategy (training, mentoring, coaching, skill management)
- Provide Leadership to the Program Integration Managers (PIM) in our AIO
- Provide Leadership and guidance to the Systems Engineering Team as they work to enhance engineering first pass quality across 737 Engineering.
- Interface with the SEIT organization to provide program perspective and share their guidance and direction with the program
- Partner with all the IPTs Integration Senior Managers to leverage best practices and implement executive direction across the program.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline
- 3+ years of experience in leading/managing engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Prior experience with 737 program is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.
- Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to all stakeholders.
- Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
