IT Support Technician (On-site - Minnesota)
We're hiring an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to join a growing team at a 400-person on-site location in Minnesota. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on imaging, troubleshooting, deployments, and VIP support.
Responsibilities:
Image, configure, and deploy Windows 10/11 workstations (SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot)
Provide Level 2 support for desktops, mobile devices, applications, and basic network issues
Troubleshoot software, hardware, remote access, and security tools
Maintain asset inventory and support ServiceNow tickets
Support and guide users (including executives), mentor junior techs
Manage user permissions (Active Directory, Exchange), and document best practices
Requirements:
5+ years in IT/Desktop/Technical Support
Strong knowledge of workstation deployment tools, Windows OS, and enterprise apps
Experience with ServiceNow, AD, O365, antivirsecurity tools
Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and support on-site users daily
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA are a plus!
