IT Support Technician (On-site - Minnesota)

We're hiring an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to join a growing team at a 400-person on-site location in Minnesota. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on imaging, troubleshooting, deployments, and VIP support.


Responsibilities:




  • Image, configure, and deploy Windows 10/11 workstations (SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot)




  • Provide Level 2 support for desktops, mobile devices, applications, and basic network issues




  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, remote access, and security tools




  • Maintain asset inventory and support ServiceNow tickets




  • Support and guide users (including executives), mentor junior techs




  • Manage user permissions (Active Directory, Exchange), and document best practices




Requirements:




  • 5+ years in IT/Desktop/Technical Support




  • Strong knowledge of workstation deployment tools, Windows OS, and enterprise apps




  • Experience with ServiceNow, AD, O365, antivirsecurity tools




  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills




  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and support on-site users daily




Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA are a plus!
