Job Details
Job Title: Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) Consultant
Location - Sacramento, CA
Length of the contract - 3 years
Required Experience:
- Experience providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/or local government entities. Within the project cited for the above experience requirement, IV&V services must have included performing one or more of the following tasks:
a. Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management;
b. Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments, in accordance with Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Standards;
c. Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports;
d. Performing traceability matrix analysis.
e. Ensure user stories and sprint testing is included in the analysis
f. Performing User Story, Story Points, and backlog assessments on a monthly basis;
g. Conducting End to end integration testing assessments and verification;
h. Conducting UAT script development assessments and verification;
i. Conducting End to end functionality assessments and verification based on the approved process flows;
j. Conducting Data Transformation, Reconciliation, and clean-up assessments.
- Experience working on IT projects utilizing agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user centered design and iterative development.
- Experience working on PaaS, COTS, and/or SaaS projects.
Desired Experience-
- Working knowledge of high availability (HA) and scalable mid-tier platforms and network infrastructure.
- Experience with mainframe environments.
- Experience with Data Conversion, Extraction, Transformation, and Business Reconciliation.
- Current *Agile Certified Practioner (PMI-ACP)
- SAFe Agilist certification or *Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Possession of a *Bachelor s Degree.
