Description
This position will develop and/or maintain business requirements, test plans and test cases and perform functional and regression testing on applications. This position will also support applications in a help desk type environment.
Duties
- Analyze system documentation and system artifacts to develop an understanding of the associated business process.
- Elicit business system requirements using one or more of the following methods: analyze current processes, interview users, conduct group meetings, review/analyze existing documentation or system artifacts.
- Document and analyze 'as is' and 'to be' business processes.
- Develop or maintain high-level and detailed system requirements in the form of clear business requirements documents, context diagrams, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and use cases.
- Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases.
- Develop or maintain user acceptance testing plans and help desk support guides.
- Develop detailed functional and system tests from documented system requirements.
- Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.
- Develop or contribute to the development of regression tests and/or user acceptance tests.
- Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests. Participate in user acceptance testing.
- Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required.
- Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation (e.g., missing or ambiguous requirements) identified during the testing process.
- Respond and work-through incident tickets submitted by users of business applications.

- Experience (12+ Years)
- Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Requirements
- This is an 100% Onsite.
- 84 months of experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements.
- 84 months of experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
- 84 months of experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests including regression tests. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.
- 84 months of experience identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required.
- 84 months of experience supporting business applications in a help-desk type environment.
