Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PC Technician to join our team in Tipp City, OH. As a PC Technician, you will provide comprehensive on-site desktop support for all hardware within our manufacturing plant. Your role will involve setting up, configuring, installing, and maintaining end users' desktop computers and peripherals, both on the production line and in office environments. You will be the go-to person for technical support for production and office personnel, handling issues related to computers, phones, and printers.

- Desktop Support: Provide on-site support for all desktop hardware within the manufacturing plant.
- Setup and Configuration: Setup, configure, install, and maintain desktop computers and peripherals for end users in both production and office settings.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support for production and office personnel on computers, phones, and printers.
- Network and Server Management: Implement and maintain network servers, including managing Active Directory accounts.
- Break/Fix Support: Provide break/fix support for network, server, and end user devices.
- Industrial Printer Support: Provide support for industrial printers.
- Inventory Management: Manage and track hardware inventory and e-waste.
- Windows 10 Support: Offer support for Windows 10 operating systems.
- Mobile RF Device and Workstation PC Support: Provide support for mobile RF devices and workstation PCs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required and assigned.

- Windows 10: Proficient in supporting Windows 10 operating systems.
- Network Troubleshooting: Basic understanding of network troubleshooting, including routers and switches.
- Computer Imaging: Ability to re-image computers as needed.
- Ladder Training: Willingness to undergo ladder training for tasks such as resetting wireless access points.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Production Support: Mainly responsible for keeping production computers operational.
- Network Understanding: Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers and switches.
- Computer Imaging: Experience with re-imaging computers.
