RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Herndon, VA that is seeking an Operations Support and Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user support and serve as a point of contact for operational issues
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational challenges with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions
* Track, monitor, and report on operational performance metrics
* Collaborate with business units and other teams to develop strategic, high-level solutions that align with organizational goals
* Develop scenarios, use cases, and requirements documents to support agile project teams
* Facilitate cross-team discussions to define business needs, goals, and processes
* Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
* Manage shifting priorities and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope
* Support new initiatives, balancing both the strategic and tactical elements of each project
* Integrate attention to detail to create solutions that simplify decision-making and operational workflows
* Work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement and to develop actionable solutions
* Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
* Proactively drive initiatives that lead to operational efficiencies and business process improvements
* Provide high-quality documentation support

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 7 years of experience in operations support or business analysis, preferably in a [specific industry or field]
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and synthesize data to drive business decisions
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
* Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a demonstrated ability to take initiative

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
