Job Details

Role: Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: Contract (C2C OR W2)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME for Workday Talent Acquisition & Learning modules (mandatory)

  • Hands-on implementation & support of Workday HCM modules

  • Lead client sessions, gather requirements, and configure solutions

  • Collaborate with delivery team and support SIT/UAT/testing

  • Provide guidance on Workday best practices and mentor peers


Mandatory Skills:

  • 7+ years of Workday experience implementing/Supporting Workday HR & Talent

  • Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Workday Security & Business Process Framework

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics (preferred)

  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities
