Job Details
Role: Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: Contract (C2C OR W2)
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as SME for Workday Talent Acquisition & Learning modules (mandatory)
Hands-on implementation & support of Workday HCM modules
Lead client sessions, gather requirements, and configure solutions
Collaborate with delivery team and support SIT/UAT/testing
Provide guidance on Workday best practices and mentor peers
Mandatory Skills:
7+ years of Workday experience implementing/
Supporting Workday HR & Talent Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Workday Security & Business Process Framework
Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics (preferred)
Strong communication and client-facing abilities
