  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and efficiency.

API Integrations & External Connectivity

  • Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
  • Handle authentication, retries, error handling, and secure data transmission.
  • Leverage middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) where applicable.

  • Contribute to automated testing and deployment workflows.

Governance, Documentation & Testing

  • Contribute to technical documentation, deployment plans, and rollback strategies.
  • Support architectural decisions and collaborate on platform standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 10 15 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Expert-level skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
  • Strong background in technical debt reduction, legacy modernization, and code performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce API integration (REST/SOAP) and troubleshooting.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, including Git, SFDX, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Experience with unit testing, error handling, and governor limit management.
  • Familiarity with code quality tools like PMD, CodeScan, or Salesforce Code Analyzer.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Analytics Cloud.
