Role: Conversational Tech Lead
Location: Pennsylvania (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months+ (Contract)
Job Description
- We are looking for 8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years working with Conversational AI (like chatbots or voice bots).
- Must Have Experience with platforms like Kore.ai, Genesys Cloud, or similar tools for building chatbots or IVR systems.
- You should understand how natural language processing (NLP) works and how to design conversations and user intents.
- Must have experience with working with cloud services and integrating systems using APIs.
- Preferred experience in finance, Banking Domain
- Experience of working with large language models (LLMs), voice recognition (biometrics), or ways to personalize chatbot experiences.
- Awareness of accessibility needs and how to make chatbot experiences inclusive for everyone
- Certificate in AI/ Kore.AI / Conversational AI will be Plus
