Job Description Summary:
As a Data Architect establishing Customer 360 connecting Customer Master data with multiple CRM / ERP transactional data feeds. In this role you will lead a team of developers in driving a robust, scalable and business friendly solution to establishing Customer 360 including setting up the right data models as well as intuitive visualizations. You will translate business use cases for Customer 360 into technical datasets needed from the business apps (CRMs and ERPs) and connect to the master data backbone that is already established. This role is critical in shaping the foundational architecture needed for Customer 360 and allow augmentation of additional use cases seamlessly.

Required Characteristics:
Strong understanding of Customer Master concepts, design principles, architecture and data models
Experience with SaaS (cloud Native) architecture and solutions. Ability to drive optimal data architecture connecting CRM, ERPs and Master Data platform
Experience with Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) modules and functionality
Experience with MDM, CD CDQ in IDMC
Hands on experience with database technologies (relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra).
Extensive experience building data models (conceptual, logical and physical) for data lakes and data warehouses
Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, data integration, governance principles, and semantic consistency across heterogeneous environments.
Excellent communication skills leading workshops and demos with senior business stakeholders
