Job Details
Role:- QA Automation Engineer
Location:- Los Angeles, CA
The qualified candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
- 3 5 years of QA/UAT experience with enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Clariti platforms preferred
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr (or equivalent)
- Able to write and maintain detailed test plans and cases
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provide UAT Execution Summary Reports (Clariti)
- Prepare internal QA test plans and SOPs
- Prepare Jira and Zephyr configuration and usage guides
- Develop and maintain QA Dashboard with metrics (coverage, bugs, velocity)
- Create and update documentation for QA Environment setup
- Deliver monthly progress reports
