About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workfront and Fusion Specialist to lead and support the integration and implementation of Adobe Workfront and Fusion across our organization. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless deployment, optimizing workflows, and enabling cross-functional collaboration through automation and system connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Workfront and Fusion to meet business requirements.
  • Design and develop Fusion scenarios to automate workflows and integrate Workfront with other enterprise systems (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, Salesforce, Slack, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and best practices for Workfront setup, including custom forms, templates, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Support change management and adoption strategies throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion, including implementation and integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and workflow automation.
  • Experience integrating Workfront with third-party platforms via APIs or Fusion connectors.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adobe Workfront certifications (preferred but not required).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in marketing operations, creative project management, or IT systems integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Scripting or low-code/no-code platforms.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
