Job Details

Senior Cloud Solutions Architect for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, design, integrate, and implement software solutions to address manual and repeatable work, software tools and processes for end-to-end monitoring and events for IT assets, cloud infrastructure, applications, modules, components. Provide engineering services to support platforms, and translate business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies. Monitor performance, networks, dashboards, and synthetics, optimize database queries, and review IT issues, security, system availability, resilience, alerts, and notifications. Automate proactive actions. Maintain documentation, troubleshoot problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test and validation plans. Use Ansible, Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Webgui, Tivoli, Cognos, EIF, MTtrapd, MessageBus, IBM Cloud Pak for AIOPS, CI/CD, AWS, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Azure. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing cloud infrastructure, components; reviewing requirements, security; monitoring performance, networks, dashboards; optimizing database queries; performing automation and troubleshooting; using Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Webgui, Tivoli, CI/CD, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Dynatrace. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
