Job Title: Development Marketing Lead Lead Generation (Part-Time, Contract)

Summary Description
We are seeking an experienced Development Marketing Lead to manage all lead-generation initiatives for the Development Marketing team during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will be responsible for driving high-quality prospective owner leads to the sales organization ultimately supporting NRG growth. The ideal candidate will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, optimize web and chat experiences, manage paid media programs, execute email marketing, and deliver performance insights. This position works closely with development marketing partners and external vendors.
This is a part-time role (15 21 hours/week).
Essential Job Functions
- Project & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, developers, and external partners to deliver creative, digital, print, and event materials on time.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
- Build and present slide decks to secure stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
- Email Development & Execution
- Use Stensul modules to customize templates, resize imagery, and apply strong creative judgment.
- Manage newsletters, promotional campaigns, and third-party email deployments.
- Marketing Copywriting
- Draft compelling marketing copy across multiple channels including website, email, ads, and landing pages.
- Provide editorial feedback to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and relevance.
- Paid Media Strategy
- Serve as a strategic partner to media agencies ensuring campaigns align with business priorities and franchise development objectives.
- Contribute to campaign ideation and messaging direction.
- Hands-on buying experience is not required.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Interpret campaign performance data and identify actionable insights.
- Partner with analytics agencies to generate reports, dashboards, and deeper data pulls.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Pardot, Mailchimp, and other campaign reporting tools is a plus.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of marketing experience; B2B marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns such as conferences, digital ads, whitepapers, and email programs.
- High attention to detail with strong copy accuracy, brand compliance, and legal review coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment able to identify issues quickly and escalate to the appropriate partner.
Technical/Platform Experience (Preferred)
- WordPress (landing pages, content updates)
- Salesforce Pardot / Account Engagement (email deployment, journeys)
- Stensul, Mailchimp, Drift/chatbot systems
General comfort with Martech platforms and digital workflow tools
