Service Now Architect


1. 10+ years of experience as a Solution consultant/architect in ServiceNow working with Enterprise and Strategic Customers

2. Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.

3. Ability to Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends

4. Lead discovery workshops to determine customers challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs

5. Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the Customers and thereby develop opportunities

6. Jointly develop and lead presales & solutions effort for all ServiceNow opportunities across IT and Non-IT areas

7. Demonstrate TCS offerings and solutions with internal/external customer

8. Contribute with offering maturation and new offering ideas

9. Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends

10. Collaborate with ISU/BG and ServiceNow delivery organization to drive the growth strategy for ISU

11. Create solution collaterals, collaborate with delivery to create case lets.
