Job Details

Join a dynamic team where your passion for data analysis and customer behavior insights will drive business strategy. As a Business Intelligence Engineer II, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer-centric initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance program features and marketing content to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct statistical testing, including A/B and multivariate experiments, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports on program performance.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests, providing insights into customer usage patterns and behaviors.
  • Utilize data mining and analytical techniques to identify significant trends within the customer base.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning to support business objectives.

Skills

  • Proven experience with large-scale, complex datasets and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in SQL and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAS and a background in marketing are advantageous.
