Shift Availability:
SUN-WED 7-5:30 pm, WED-SAT 7-5:30 pm, or M-F 10-6:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.
Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.
Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies. Communicating with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.
Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers.
Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices.
Strong execution of data and processes is required.
The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.
Resolve individual work blockers and know when to escalate if you are unable to resolve them yourself.
Learn new processes.
Operate equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
Contribute to the improvement of SOPs, including safety procedures.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and be able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
Preferred experience with any ERP software (ex,. Oracle or Salesforce) as well as prior experience in SAP
Degree: Bachelor's or associate's

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
