Pay Range: $30/hr. - $38/hr.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Sourcing: Lead various hiring efforts by developing and implementing effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve outstanding hiring results.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust network of passive technical candidates, implementing ongoing relationship management to keep them engaged.

  • Candidate Assessment: Expertly screen and assess candidates to determine job fit, demonstrating a strong ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

  • Client Advisory: Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams, guiding them through the recruitment process.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Drive and assess the health of your candidate pipeline volume and velocity, using data to inform and optimize your approach.

  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement ideas to improve the company and team's recruiting processes, aligning with the mission to deliver the highest quality results.

  • Project Participation: Actively participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives to enhance the overall recruiting function.

  • Performance Execution: Execute to the sourcing and performance goals laid out within your team, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.

  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Adhere to internal company processes/SLAs across all aspects of recruiting, ensuring consistent messaging and protecting data integrity in reporting.

  • Job Posting Management: Manage all job postings, ensuring positions remain current and active within recruiting systems.


Must Haves



  • Proven experience in a technical sourcing or recruiting role, with a focus on passive candidate generation.



  • Ideal req volume: 15-20 reqs concurrently



  • Sourcing experience should include LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms.


  • Demonstrated ability to source and assess technical talent, including Software Development Engineers, Security Engineers, or Technical Program Managers.

  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple searches against tight timelines.


  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.



  • Strong customer obsession with a track record of delivering high-quality results.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
