Job Details

Application Developer - LaunchDarkly
Location: Fort Mill, SC, USA (Remote only near Fort Mill)

Application Developer - Feature Flags (.NET / Python / Angular / JavaScript)
Purpose: Build and govern feature-flagged applications using LaunchDarkly across multiple tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement server- and client-side LaunchDarkly SDKs in .NET, Python, Angular, and JavaScript.
  • Define flag lifecycles, naming conventions, and governance rules (targets, cohorts, retirement).
  • Embed A/B testing and guarded rollout logic in application code.
  • Partner with SRE and Release teams to surface flag metrics and rollback triggers.
  • Produce developer playbooks, code samples, and peer training sessions.
Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ yrs full-stack development (.NET Core, Python, Angular, React/JS).
  • 1+ yrs hands-on with LaunchDarkly (or Unleash/Split) feature-flag architecture.
  • Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and unit / integration testing.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows, pull-request reviews, and CI pipelines
