Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Senior Epic Systems Analyst for a contract-to-hire position that can be worked 100% remotely.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- This role is responsible for configuring, rolling out, and supporting assigned Epic Payer Platform applications.
- Business/Systems Analysis: Conducting business and systems analysis to define requirements and document processes.
- System Design and Implementation: Designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic Payer Platform software to meet user needs.
- Problem Resolution: Working with end-users to identify and resolve system issues.
- Workflow Optimization: Develops and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience. Supports and maintains the environment or applications using knowledge of the applications and technologies in the environment while recommending enterprise-level solutions.
- System Maintenance and Updates: Using knowledge of Epic, configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows. Makes decisions that refine and improve current practices and develops new approaches (researching and assessing new technologies or functionality).
- Project Management: Contributing to and managing medium to large projects independently, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Requires analytical skills (problem solving, root cause analysis) to complete complex assignments and the ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems. Analyst is able to independently initiate process improvement.
