Detailed Job Description:

  • Functional Analyst for SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) application
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules like QM (Quality Management) and PR (Product Release), with experience in SAP S4HANA.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities between technical and business teams.
  • Coordinating with Technology Quality Partner, Business Owner for requirement analysis, review, approval.
  • Ability to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including product owners, team members, and external partners.
  • Collaborating with development validation teams for business requirements clarification, ensuring GxP regulations and optimizing batch release workflow.
  • Working with other IT systems like LIMS, MES, QMS etc. to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology User Story management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, tasks etc.
  • Experience in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Understanding software development lifecycle.
  • Identifying opportunities for ongoing process improvement and change management. Ability to take and understand commitment to deliver the product on time.
