Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for GMI production issues across multiple regions and environments.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for resolution.
Work on projects such as GMI upgrades, exchange migrations, and integration efforts involving eSeries (if applicable).
Support post-trade processes including batch cycles, EOD jobs, clearing workflows, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with technology and operations teams to define, test, and deploy GMI-related changes.
Perform impact analysis, regression testing, and support go-lives and release cycles.
Required Skills & Experience:
3 8 years of solid experience with GMI (FIS) in a support and project delivery capacity.
Familiarity with listed derivatives: futures and options across global exchanges.
Knowledge of GMI table structures, batch jobs, clearing processes, and trade lifecycle.
Exposure to eSeries or similar tools used in post-tr ade listed derivatives environments (prior use or implementation experience is a plus).
Comfort working with Unix/Linux, job schedulers, and basic scripting.
Strong incident and problem management skills, with a hands-on approach to resolution.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience integrating eSeries or GMI with third-party tools or internal systems.
Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., EMIR, CFTC) for listed products.
Familiarity with additional FIS platforms like Clearvision, UBIX is a plus.

Listed derivatives: Futures and Options across Equities, FX, Rates, Commodities, Indices
Major global exchanges: CME, ICE, Eurex, LME, SGX, HKEX, etc.
