Who We're Looking For

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Data Governance Office is looking for a highly motivated person to fill a role as an Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance .

Someone with excellent organizational and communication skills paired with an experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty would work well in this role.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist technical staff in the Data Management, Technology, and Information Security space with the analysis of risk and design of key controls to mitigate that risk across their systems, processes, and environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Policy and Standard reviews against industry requirements / standards.
  • Maturity Model Assessments on Data Capabilities and Controls.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and data analytics teams to support data-driven initiatives.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or other closely related discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Data Governance.
  • Demonstrated experience in Control Oversight and Governance.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile Project Management principles.
  • Proven ability to bridge business, risk management, and technical concepts.


Added Bonus if You Have

  • Six Sigma Certification.
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated experience in Capability Maturity or Business Process Management.
