Job Description:
About the Role:
This person will be working with our customer on the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team to help support and configure UKG WFM Pro software (aka Dimensions Cloud product). The team works closely with other departments, such as Human Resources, Payroll, Finance and Nursing Operations to improve workforce efficiency and analytics. This person will be accountable for configuring accruals, leave, attestation, basic timekeeping, attendance, and advanced scheduling modules to ensure they align with the organizational requirements, business processes, and ensure successful deployment and utilization of their new UKG cloud-based solution. The successful candidate is someone who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
* 5+ years experience analyzing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting issues in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Workforce Central suite (on-prem version), specifically with Advanced Scheduler Module, Accruals and Leave Management modules, to calculate and track employee earned time off and employee absences.
3+ year experience analyzing and configuring UKG Pro (previously called Dimensions) which is cloud-based solutions, to ensure the successful deployment and utilization.
Experience with Advanced Scheduler and People Record in UKG Pro, to streamline the scheduling process and help managers access a central repository for basic employee information.
Experience configuring Work Rules and PCD (Primary Cost Distribution) in UKG Pro, to establish parameters around labor costs for employees in certain departments, cost centers or projects.

* Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university with major course work in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent related experience.

Nice to have:
ServiceNow (now called MySource) as the ticketing system.

Responsibilities:
Help lead the analysis and assessments of the recent launch of UKG Pro workforce solutions and identify areas for improvement beyond just the configuration aspect (ie: infrastructure best practices, timeclock deployments, security, etc).
Manage UKG Pro system configuration changes, timekeeping solutions, resolve customer requests, and provide operational support for the new cloud-based solution.
Maintain standardization associated with tables, files, reports and codes within the UKG Pro system to ensure compliance with time and labor standards as well as applicable federal and state payroll-related laws.
Help drive development and implementation activities within the UKG Pro system and manage reporting of time management information across the organization.
Become the point of contact for any recent go-live issues, and hyper-care support within the UKG Pro system.
Help design, implement, and manage previous and net-new projects for accurate tracking, scheduling, and timekeeping of employee activities and locations at various hospitals
Ability to configure and design complex accruals and leave management plans that touch union, non-union and corporate facilities
