This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code SUPERVISOR, proficiency level advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.

You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the COMMAND AND CONTROL SYSTEMS of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
Help
- You will be responsible for leading a 190+ person team in the Command and Control (C2) Systems Division, overseeing day-to-day operations, and developing strategies to drive teamwork, high-quality products, and new business opportunities.
 - You will manage project teams, budgets, and relationships with customers, as well as providing expert oversight and guidance on technical, administrative, and personnel matters.
 - You will develop and implement strategies to drive division goals and objectives, including the development and integration of Command and Control (C2) systems, battle management systems, and other related technologies.
 - You will be expected to lead Department or Center Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) related to C2 systems, work closely with other Division Heads, Deputy Department Head, Business Portfolio Managers, and Lead Systems Engineer.
 - You will ensure alignment and coordination of C2 systems development and integration efforts, implement equal employment opportunity (EEO) policies and ensure nondiscriminatory practices, and model high standards of ethics.
 - You will model high standards-of-ethics and ensures nondiscriminatory practices, including 1) merit promotion of employees and recruitment of applicants; 2) fair treatment of all employees; 3) encouragement/recognition of employee achievements etc.
 - You will manage workforce needs, developing and implementing knowledge management plans, and planning division architecture and infrastructure to support C2 systems development, integration, and testing.
 - You will develop and manage division budgets, provide oversight and management to project teams working on C2 systems, and develop and maintain relationships with customers, including high-ranking military and civilian management personnel.
 - You will oversee project teams working on battle management systems, command and control systems, communication networks, cybersecurity and information assurance, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) system.
